Why do some orders take so long to fulfill?
For canvases not listed as in-stock, they are on their way to us from the painting service. Currently, most painting services take about 3 months to get to us from the time the order is placed. Each canvas is meticulously hand-painted by the talented painting services, many of which have been family run for generations! Rest assured, we will get your canvas to you as soon as we have it in hand!
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! You can click the WHOLESALE tab to fill out an application. Once your tax ID is confirmed, you will receive an email to activate your account.
Please note: only our canvases are offered wholesale. Our self-finishing items and accessories are not included in our items available to our wholesale clients.
Do you offer returns?
Due to the custom nature of needlepoint canvases, returns are not accepted. However, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out at hello@thestitchedbowtique.com.
Where do I take my canvas to be finished?
I recommend going to your local needlepoint store (if you have one) and they will likely have finishers to recommend.
As another alternative, there are some amazing self-finishing tutorials out there. Nashville Needlepointer is a great resource!
Do you offer kitted canvases?
No, not at this time. However, it is our mission to make needlepoint accessible and easy for everyone to do so we are working on making fibers and kits available soon!
